EV Charger Installation for Sydney Homes and Businesses
Make charging part of your everyday routine. Ultravolt Solar Services installs EV chargers across Sydney, with the proposed setup assessed around your vehicle, parking space and electrical supply.
Whether you are buying your first electric car, replacing a charger or planning solar and charging together, our in-house electrical team can help you define the right installation scope.

Charging That Fits Your Routine
Tell us the vehicle you drive, where you park and when you normally charge. We assess the installation around those details.

Home charging
Tell us where you park, when your vehicle is usually home and what you need from a normal charging session. We assess the installation requirements before recommending a setup.
Solar and battery planning
Already have solar or storage? Include the inverter and battery models in your enquiry so we can discuss charging as part of your overall energy use.
Business and shared parking
Send the number of proposed charging spaces, parking arrangements and who can approve the work. We can discuss your requirements and confirm whether the project suits our scope.
What to Send for an EV Charger Quote
- Your Sydney suburb or postcode.
- The vehicle make, model and year, or the vehicle you plan to buy.
- The charger brand and model if you already own one.
- Photos of the parking space and the front of the switchboard, taken safely without opening electrical covers.
- The approximate distance between the switchboard and the preferred charger position.
- Whether the property has solar, a battery or other planned electrical upgrades.
- Any landlord, strata or shared-parking arrangements that need to be considered.
Email the details to sales@ultravolt.com.au or send an enquiry. If you are unsure about the electrical supply or equipment details, tell us what you know and we will explain the next step.
Understand the Proposed Installation
Your quote should identify the charger model, cable route, installation work and any additional equipment or upgrades included. Ask us to explain any exclusions, access requirements and arrangements needed before the job can proceed.
The charger’s advertised power is not a promise of the charging speed your vehicle will receive. The vehicle’s charging capability and the installed setup both matter. We discuss the intended use before confirming the equipment and scope.
Charging Alongside Solar and Battery Storage
Tell us when your vehicle is parked at home and whether daytime charging is practical. If you want scheduling or solar-aware charging, ask us to confirm the features, compatibility and any extra hardware for the exact charger proposed. These features should be written into the quote rather than assumed.

From Enquiry to Handover
- Share your requirements. Send the vehicle and property details so we can discuss the proposed work.
- Review the assessment and quote. We explain the installation scope and any further site information needed.
- Installation and handover. Our team completes the agreed work and explains the installed charger’s operation. Keep your product manuals and warranty information with your installation records.
Ultravolt provides a 10-year workmanship warranty. Charger product warranties are separate and depend on the equipment supplied and the manufacturer’s terms.
EV Charger Installation Questions
Can I get a quote before my car arrives?
Yes. Send the make, model and expected delivery timing along with your parking and switchboard photos. Tell us if the vehicle choice is still being finalised.
Can you assess a charger I have already purchased?
Send the exact model and its documentation before arranging installation. We need to confirm suitability and the work required; owning a charger does not establish compatibility with every property.
Do I need solar to install an EV charger?
No. Solar is a separate consideration. Tell us about your electricity plan and charging routine, and whether solar or storage is part of a future upgrade.
What about an apartment or shared car park?
Include the parking arrangements and the relevant strata or property-management contact process in your enquiry. We will discuss the information and approvals needed before confirming the project scope.
